| - A completed appraisal report will be issued within 2-4 business days or less after the property has been inspected. |

| - For your security, our appraisers will provide ID's at the time of inspection. |

| - We respect the owner's privacy, appointment time and confidentiality. |

| - We can provide an appraisal via either electronic PDF/EDI or hard copy. |

| - The hard copy may be hand delivered or sent by overnight carrier. |
